yes funner you can fly at lvl 20 so its not that long of a wait and while you may not lvl as fast or the range for plvling is lower you feel like your doing more tho the lvl 30-40ish female acro costume makes me gag >.< its better then ToP in my opinion better pets too tho they eat a ton

o.0 the female acro doesnt have a visible costume from 30-40....unless you count skin.
and thanks ascariel.
The pets consume mountains, it takes 50,000 food to make an egg hatch, and the griffin i have...goes though about 100 food per minute.
FlyFF is slower but you feel like you accomplish more, MUCH more infact, I've JUST reached level 62, laara will probably kill me after she reads this >.<
I've made the second job advancement so I kick ass, I do 1000-2000 damage per hit, bout 3000 on a crit and it takes me 4 - 6 swings to take down level 19 monsters >.<
as for the buffs, they arent piddly little +10 crit rate or 15 seconds.
they are things like +40 stamina (flyffs version of con) for 15 minutes and stuff like that.

Wow!! So much more difficult than ToP!
It does sound like your achievements mean so much more in Flyff. Nice going Mitch lvl 62 already!!
Lol i like the way it aint a 1 hit kill for lower level monsters... it keeps the game fun i reckon (^^)
I wonder if my pc can handle Flyff... mine is below average (>.<)
If it can... i'll cya guys in Flyff xD
Betta watch out haha! Lolz... ill be da killer newbie!!!!

Erm all depends what you want, everything has different builds, but I'll give you a quick run through.
Blades - similar to crusaders, except this time there are no skills, they are pretty steady damage dealers, have decent health, and nice equipment.
Knights - knights are primarily an AOE class, they spam skills because they have literally no accuracy, meaning they level slow right up til level 65 when they get their AOE skill, then they are quite good, knights have the most HP and defense out of the whole game.
Elementors - these are the 'tank mages' they are also AOE characters in their second job, meaning they can tank a fair bit and deal nice damage because like ToP magic deals alot more damage then melee.
Psykeepers - there are 2 builds I know of, one involves letting monsters hit you and relfecting their damage back at them, the other involves 'rooting' enemies and peppering them with spells, these mages are quite good but often seen as cheap.
Jesters - an odd concept, jesters use yoyos as weapons, though until they hit level 60 if you are using a yoyo, you'll find it near impossible to solo level, after you become a jester at 60 you get a massive increase in crit ratio though making almost every hit a critical, some people choose to combine bows with a full dex jester, these are very powerful characters but everyone hates them cause its seen almost as cheating.
Rangers - Rangers are the archer class, but strangely they are actually AOE meaning they can tank quite well, they are pretty much the melee version of the elementors.
Billposter - ok this class has the best of everything in terms of balance, it has all the buffs of the first teir healer class, couples with hard hitting skills that rival the knight and the blade, infact billposters have the strongest skill in the game which can 1 hit kill just about any monster (but you get it at level 80) the only problem with this class, is if you make a mistake in your build, it can be very hard to correct, I wouldnt recommend it for a beginner.
Ring Master - the ultimate in portable med kits and enhancements, these guys literally make or break parties, with a good RM you can fight monsters up to 15 levels above you, if not more, (unless its a giant/boss) if you are a full support RM you will level fast because you will be power leveled constantly by higher players looking for a good buffer, though this class can be rather boring because you basically just press buttons every 15 minutes or so, then wait for the buffs to run out and recast them.
my reccomendations
either a blade, a full support ring master, or a ranger/jester (starting with a bow and junk arrow)
reasons:
Blade - simple, effective, and decent at all aspects of the game
Ring Master - once you have partners in the game you will level extremely fast
ranger/jester - the starting class for these (the acrobat) has probably the strongest starting skill in the game, Junk Arrow upon casting you fire 4 arrows at your target with a 70% chance for each one to hit, each one deals 700 or so damage
if ya like the sound of one and want more info let me know.

yeah i started with a yoyo jester (acrobat class at first) and it is very hard to level her altho they get what? the second most powerful skill that pretty much one hits most things o.O
yeah ascariel ild go with a blade or a RM -omg the buffs in game PWN!

OMG the buffs do pawn!! I disagreeist friend buffs me all the time... lvling is fast!!
btw... Mitch, i wonder if you could give me some info on a good elementor or psykeeper build. I'm still thinking though, might end up being a ranger after all.
I watched it rain for the first time in Flyff... the sky is magnificent!
i do miss all the talking in ToP though, seems like Flyff is quieter... the chat/messenger window can be quite a pain.
P.S. ill try to add you guys! But you have to be on when im on so it might take a while
